　　我读了语文书中的第15课——《艾滋病小斗士》之后，我惊叹不已：小恩科西得了艾滋病，竟然还能活到12岁，这恐怕是南非所有患病婴儿中生命力最强的呀!

　　我最佩服小恩科西的一点就是：他得知自己的病情后，不是悲观消沉，而是开始学习怎样坦然地面对生活，面对可怕的艾滋病。从中，我明白了：不管我们在人生的道路上遇到什么悲惨的事情，我们都应该向12岁的恩科西一样，坦然地面对它们。

　　小恩科西在研讨会上的发言，是为了呼吁人们都要关心艾滋病人，不要对他们另眼相看。因为他们也是人，他们也同我们一样，需要他们身边的人的关爱。

　　小恩科西，你的死引起了世人的关注，你年幼时的悲惨遭遇很是让人怜悯、同情;你面对天灾，顽强抗争，更是让许多人对你佩服、崇拜;你对艾滋病毫不惧怕，你为世界上的人们做出榜样!

　　恩科西，这个世界上很少有人可以和你一样顽强，从今以后，我会把你这种顽强拼搏的精神延续下去，并且，我会像你一样，好好学习，坦然地面对生活的。

　　有那么一群人，走到哪里人们都畏惧，或许他们身体会被隔离，或许那颗心总很孤寂，朋友远离，亲人抛弃。他们恐惧，恐惧下一个清晨初升的太阳已不属于自己。

　　他们成为了疾病的传染源会觉得自己的生活完全没有了意义，当他们知道知道自己会死的时候才发现天那么的蓝，草那么的绿，世界那样地美好，可是这一切的美好他们都将失去，他们会想一个我们从不想的问题：如果能够再好好的活一次，如果能不得艾滋病……

　　可是，他们并不需要怜悯，不需要施舍，对于上帝，他们也没有什么过高的愿望，只想要，每个人那一点点爱而已，也许只是敞开双臂的拥抱，也许只是短短的玩上五分钟，短暂的一生，在他们心里，直到死，永远都会记着你，或许因为生命真的太短暂了，或许因为对他们来说，爱真的太奢侈。

　　或许世界已经抛弃了他们吧!但，你会忘记他们吗?

　　他们，仅仅是想要正常的生活，也从不奢求可以成为艾滋病史上的奇迹，仅仅是，不希望人们畏惧，不想被隔离，不想心总那么孤单，想和朋友、亲人在一起。

　　如果，世界已抛弃了他们，你会厌恶、害怕他们吗?还是……深爱他们?

　　请深爱他们吧!让他们有生之年感到有意义，帮他们抵挡怪异的目光，平等的看待他们吧。

　　那样，他们会永远活着，即使只是在我们的心里。

　　读了《艾滋病小斗士》一文后，我的眼里噙满了泪水，心中久久不能平静。我不禁被文中的小斗士——恩科西顽强与艾滋病作斗争、坦然面对生活的精神所打动，打心眼里佩服这位向艾滋病挑战的小斗士。

　　你看，当恩科西得知自己的病情后，没有悲观消沉，也没有对自己的未来失去信心，而是积极学习怎样坦然地面对生活，面对可怕的艾滋病。恩科西一边顽强地与病魔作斗争，一边关心和他同样患病的儿童，用幼小的声音向全世界呼吁：“拥抱艾滋病儿童是不会被传染的!”是的，在许多人的眼里，艾滋病是可怕的。但是恩科西不但没有向艾滋病低头，反而顽强、勇敢的和艾滋病作斗争，恩科西确实是一位顽强勇敢的艾滋病小斗士。

　　写到这里，我不由得想起了爸爸曾经对我说过的霍金，霍金是一位了不起的作家。他虽然全身瘫痪不能动弹，做什么事都比常人困难得多，只能靠机器活动，但是他并没有因为自己的'残疾而放弃创作，依然坚持创作了大量的作品，他可是用缓慢的速度一个字母一个字母在特制的电脑上把他的作品打出来的呀!

　　掩卷深思，恩科西对生活的执着，对生命的尊重，对未来的渴望，深深地打动了我，让我敬佩不已!我们应该以恩科西为榜样，无论身陷何种境地，或承受着多少痛苦的折磨，只要我们能够心怀希望与勇气，并为自己心中的梦想而奋斗，我相信我们每一个人都是生活的强者!

　　AIDS is spread by direct infection of the bloodstream with body fluids that contain the AIDS virus，particular blood and semen from an HIV－infected person．

　　AIDS is the abbreviation1) of ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME．It is a complicated illness that may involve several phases．it is caused by a virus that can be passed from person to person．AIDS impairs the human body’s immune system，the system responsible for keeping off disease，and leaves the victim easily affected by various infection．

　　The virus enters the bloodstream and destroys certain white blood cells，called T lymphocytes2)，which play a key role in the functioning of the immune system．The virus can also infect other types of cells in the body，including the immune－system cells knows as macrophages3)．Unlike T lymphocytes，however，macrophages are not killed by the virus．

　　Most people recently infected by the AIDS virus look and feel healthy．In some people the virus may remain inactive，and these people act as carriers，remaining apparently healthy but still able to infect others．After a few years，some people may develop AIDS－related complex，or ARC．Its symptoms may include fever，fatigue4)，weight loss，skin rashes，a fungal5) infection of the mouth known as thrush，lack of resistance to infection，and swollen lymph nodes．

　　The Chinese Government is well aware of such perspectives， and the central and local governments have allocated 6.8 billion yuan (US$822 billion) to establish and improve disease prevention and control mechanisms in provinces. Each year a special fund of more than 200 million yuan (US$24 million) is channeled into HIV/AIDS prevention， care and treatment.

　　Since April， free medicine to poor AIDS patients has been delivered in regions hit hardest by the virus.

　　Just as the impacts of AIDS reaches social and economic fields of society， effective prevention also requires united efforts from virtually all sectors.

　　人性就在这时体现了。普存忻这个我们熟知的演员，同时也是有名的艾滋病大使，我从心里崇拜他，因为他有一颗剔透的心，高尚的灵魂。其实我心里也知道，艾滋病是靠性传播，血液传播，母婴传播的。可是就是人性的自私，我也保护我自己，如果有一个人他站在我面前说要和我握手，而且告诉我他是艾滋病人，恐怕我也会胆怯，我也会踌躇。可是他呢！毅然的和他们握手，吃饭，交流。也许这些在正常人与正常人之间太微不足道了。可是如果是一个正常人和一个艾滋病人之间，那么是多么的崇高的一种气节。是多么的伟大。他们做到了，可是今天的我还做不到，因为我心里会害怕。

　　艾滋病人，一群需要我们特别关爱的患者。

　　忘记了是从哪一天起，“艾滋病”这个略带西方色彩的词闯入了我们的生活，它惊醒了沉睡中的人们，让我们认识了“艾滋”，了解了“艾滋”，惧怕着“艾滋”，远离了艾滋病人。

　　人性，需要在这个时候得以体现；人性，就在这个时候体现出来了。濮存昕这个人我不太熟悉，说实话，他的名字我都不会写（还是通过问爸爸妈妈再上网查证后记下来的），可是我从心底里崇拜他，因为他有着高尚的灵魂，一颗晶莹剔透的心。听说他是有名的艾滋病形象大使，我国第一个艾滋病预防宣传员。他真心关爱着这一群特殊的患者。正因为有爱，濮存昕才更加热爱公益事业。在拍完《假如有明天》这部戏以后，他把所有的片酬都捐给了北京佑安医院。他想用这个来协助这所专门治疗艾滋病的医院。从20xx年接受卫生部之邀，出任艾滋病宣传员起，他运用自己的影响力和感召力，号召全社会重视艾滋病，关爱艾滋病患者，并身体力行地从精神上或者经济上帮助艾滋病患者和他们的家庭。几年内，濮存昕做了大量工作：拍公益广告、出演有关艾滋病的电影、对社会公众或政府机构人员做讲座和培训、在政协会议上提交有关提案等等。所有这些工作，他希望达到的这样的效果：一是引起社会对防治艾滋病工作的重视；二是呼吁社会关心艾滋病病人。
