　　英语小短文在中考中占15分，占分比例较高，如何提高学生英语写作能力，教师的批改起着至关重要的作用，作文的批改和讲评是写作教学的最后一个环节，也是不可或缺的、极其重要的一个环节。但是，作为教师，教学任务繁重，每个学生每周作文都改的话，耗时长，反馈慢。在学生大量写作并且班级人数很多的情况下，不一定每次每篇作文都要教师批改，但也决不是说根本不需要批改。通过批改，可以发现学生写作中存在的问题，尤其是对普遍性问题要及时采取措施，组织适当练习进行纠正.针对学生写的作文，我会采取以下步骤改： 1 、让学生自己读自己的文章，检查有没有错误并更正。 2 、同学互评，每组中都有一个后进生不会改作文，我让他背书本3a的文章或单词，其他人交换改，优等生改中等生，中等生改后进生，用红笔圈出错误。

　　教师和学生均为教学的主体，学生之间应加强合作，互教互学。由于学生之间的相互了解更深刻，他们之间的相互交流往往能收到很好的效果。而当学生在意识到教师并不是他／她的文章唯一的读者时，他们会更认真地写好作文。因此，让学生相互传阅和修改作文不仅增加了写作时的真实感，更重要的是训练学生既做学生也做老师。在一个小组里先听别人读出他的作文，再由自己读自己的作文时，往往更能发现自己的不足之处。在平时作文时，文章初稿写出后最好请别人提意见，然后自己再进行修改。古人说：“不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中”。对自己文章的瑕疵常常不易很快觉察，而别人则“旁观者清”。自己的文章请别人看，容易发现新的问题。当然，运用此法时须对他人意见进行消化、理解后才能进行修改。 3、个人针对别人对自己文章圈出的错误进行更正，不会的问老师、同学。

　　5 、老师抽查改，把共性错误收集起来写在黑板上让学生改错。然后大声读正确句子两遍。

　　6、学生在5的基础上基本已经知道了常规所犯的错误，然后自己检查自己的短文，修改错误。大多数学生基本上能做到八九不离十，修改好自己的错误。我感觉这种方法很好。 7 、四人一组的组长改。

　　8、有时我也会提前把好生的文章写在黑板上当范文读，或者让学生把出错多的学生的文章写在黑板上让全班学生共同改错。

　　9、有时我会面对面给学生进行作文反馈，当场指出学生错误之处，好的地方大加表扬，如好的开头，好的句式，好的词语等。
